  1. The fist should be held as tight as possible.

  1. Even though the hand is open it should still be tight.
  2. Fingers should be formed in close together.
  3. The thumb should be away from the palm of the hand to form a half-oval shape.

Grabbing Hand

  1. Spread the fingers apart as wide as possible.
  2. Image 1, Circle 1, The hand should look like it is holding a ball.
  3. Curl the fingers and thumb, so they form a claw shape.
  4. Image 2, Line 2, The thumb and the little finger form a U shape.
