Shih Kung (Respect Kung)
A Respect Kung is performed when entering and leaving the training area and when the teacher has finished given a clear set of instructions. As the name suggests, this is a kung done to show respect.
Bow forward with your eye looking down towards the ground at a 45° angle
At the same time bringing the Rams Head Fists upward in Yang Circles until the arms come to rest parallel with the torso and the forearm is parallel with the thigh. Do relatively fast so as that fists come to rest on the thigh it will make a flicking sound against the pants leg.
Hold this position for 2 seconds.
Start to lift the upper body up, move the left foot out to where you started and at the same time bring both arms upward in Yin Circles.

At the same time bringing the Rams Head Fists upward in Yang Circles until the arms come to rest parallel with the torso and the forearm is parallel with the thigh. Do relatively fast so as that fists come to rest on the thigh it will make a flicking sound against the pants leg.

Start to lift the upper body up, move the left foot out to where you started and at the same time bring both arms upward in Yin Circles.
